Brexit requirements and changes when ordering...

IMPORTANT: If you live in Northern Ireland and are a business, we will require your XI Eori number in order to book your delivery. Failure to do so WILL mean we cannot despatch your order.

IMPORTANT: If you live in Republic of Ireland and a private resident, we will require your PPS number in order to book your delivery. Failure to do so WILL mean we cannot despatch your order. In addition, appropriate forms may need to be completed which we will forward if required

Deliveries & Collections

We are still delivering radiators to KERBSIDE by pallet as normal through our delivery partner Mobile PPL to Mainland UK addresses.

With regards to radiator pallet deliveries to both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, due to the ever changing requiremnets by the various Border Agencies, we are currently experiencing long delays in getting deliveries completed. Therefore, we cannot confirm delivery dates to these areas and would suggest customers look to arrange their own collections from our factory.

Smaller items are still being delivered as usual thanks to our parcel delivery partner DPD and these will be despatched by us three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on a next working day service.

ALL collections will now need to be arranged by appointment only between the hours of 9a.m. and 4p.m. Monday to Friday, so please email to arrange this or we will call you when your order is ready to collect.
