Fantastic customer service can't speak highly enough..Like a idiot I over tightened the bleed valve so we had to replace the end cap.
I Informed the customer service department of my brain freeze moment. They sorted out my replacement parts and sent them out next day at no extra cost. Would total recommend cast iron radiator center for their after sales support alone. -

I bought three of these (14 column) in satin black plus fittings. I have to say I am very pleased with my purchase and they certainly are of excellent quality and look just the part. The only problem was the delivery. As confirmed, I was expecting them on the Monday but the delivery company phoned that day to say they couldn’t deliver because of an admin error on their part. Unfortunately I had my plumber at the ready to take them (curb side pallet) and fit. £75.00 wasted for his call-out (understandably) which was disappointing due to this failure - hence the 4 stars.
