After buying a rad from a alternative company i wasn't happy with the finish. Very happy with the finish and quality from the cast iron radiator centre. Valves and accessories are also very smart. Delivered on time with no damage.

Unfortunately our first radiator was badly damaged and had to be replaced. This was done swiftly however it was difficult to organise the switchover as it meant carrying the radiator out of the house again and buying new packaging. This was a big problem as our radiator weighed over 63 kg and only just fitted through the doorways sideways. Make very sure you have enough people to help with moving the radiators as they are extremely heavy!
However the radiator is now fitted and looks very appropriate and lovely inour Victorian house. We are very pleased with our purchase… but look out for your back and really over estimate the amount of help you have available for the lifting!

We’ve bought 5 of these radiators for our new house. They’ve not been unwrapped or installed yet but we bought them as we have the exact same ones in our old house. They look great and really chuck out the heat. We’ve bought the wall stays this time as they wobble a bit without if you lean/sit on them.

the whole process from ordering , including phone call - I had to call up as i was new to cast iron radiators and they explained it very well, to being kept informed of what was happening to my order , to delivery (although they could have given me more advance notice !) was seamless. I would recommend using CIRC and i will be for the other rooms in the house !
