After almost 3 years the joints started to fail on my radiator. I got in contact with Liam in customer services about the problem and he organised a replacement to be delivered to me and the old one collected. I found his communication to resolve the problem timely, polite and very helpful which was refreshing-utility companies could learn a thing or two! I would recommend this company that stands over its guarantee and is determined to keep customers happy.

This is my third order, having been so impressed by the heat output, quality and look I’ve been replacing each room in my new build home. Highly recommend for heat efficiency, they hold the warmth for hours after turning the boiler off.

Spoke to Steve who was more than helpful discussing what we needed. Radiators, valves etc turned up quickly and well packaged. Although the radiators have not been installed yet there is no question that they are top quality and look fantastic. Very impressed with the service and products at CIRC. Great job!
