Stratford Thermostatic Radiator Valve Set
On: 10/08/2026
Installed during this hot summer, so the radiator hasn't been used yet, but it looks like a good quality casting and came with very nice, ergonomic valves. Authentic appearance (and weight) . It impressed our plumber! Delivery was very prompt with no problems at all. Almost makes us wish for the winter!

Renovating is stressful, the amount of companies and businesses that offer you customer support before money is exchanged and the tune changes after. Not this company. So wonderfully helpful when I needed to return a radiator because it was too small! I can’t praise it enough! Plus the radiators are just gorgeous!

Ordering and delivery were easy and well informed throughout. Radiator and all accessories to complement look amazing. Unable to comment on radiators performance as not yet fitted and working. Quality though appears to be excellent.
