The bleed valve was missing, I contacted the company and spoke to a very helpful staff member, he sorted out the problem and I received the missing part the next day. Thank you.

As many others have commented, the aftercare and customer service plus the technical advice that is available before and after purchase, is all superb.
I had a problem with a weeping bleed valve after installation. (Nothing to do with the parts; purely the installation by my plumber.)
Help desk immediately offered to send a replacement bush and valve, in case it was cross threaded. This was sent with next day delivery and was ready to be fitted when the plumber returned.
Parts supplied without charge plus delivery covered as well.
Incidentally, they use DPD couriers who are one of the best for reliability and tracking times etc, in my experience. -

Fantastic radiator. Delivered on time and CRC sorted a touch up spray can immediately once I notified them of some minor scuffing. Overall really impressed and I won’t hesitate to buy from CRC again.
