Well, wanted a cast iron radiator, lots of sites and pictures, but we really wanted to see one. Took a drive to Coventry. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, with lots of useful and valuable information. Again when it was in, we drove back to Coventry and collected it, exactly the same friendly staff. The radiator is fantastic, exactly what we wanted.
