This is my second order from CIRC. Unfortunately it arrived badly damaged. We reported in the day after delivery, and without any hestitation and replacement was ordered for express delivery a week later. Excellent service

These are really good quality and look wonderful. Unfortunately when they arrived the ceramic disc on the top of one valve was smashed. I emailed and received an apology and a replacement disc was sent by first class post and arrived the next morning. Good product and good customer service.
