We bought 2 cast iron radiators and some accessories from this shop. The prices are fair and the quality of the products is excellent as is the customer service. The delivery was great too, as it was a big pallet the courier delivered it where we wanted. We are very happy with this purchase and can definitely recommend this shop.

The service was Brilliant. I received unprompted updates as to the manufacturing process and delivery, which actually arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. A credit to your company and the Rads with valves look perfect in place. So happy.

Luxury Wall Stay

As others have said, no instructions with the stays. Help file was no help, had to look here on the purchasing page to find some ideas. If I followed these pictures mine have the nut proud of the radiator, a potential hazard.
Appreciate it's difficult but once done for each style of radiator its finished. A generic one is not good enough.
As we are talking safety, it needs to be addressed by the supplier.
Apart from that, a good product, hopefully fitted and loaded soon ready for the winter.
Previously been told customers have placed loads of pictures on the web but I could not find them. Again a few links would help, or even customers pictures, comments and help requests could be included on this web site? PR opportunity folks maybe?
