I bought radiators from you in December 2017, and had them fitted in February 2018. Unfortunately there were issues with some of the silicone rings - I was informed that this was likely due to the installation, and the pH of the system. The Cast Iron Radiator Centre's service in organising replacements was exceptional, and could not be faulted. Special mention to Paul and Tina (both of whom did so much to help with resolving the issues, and arranging delivery in quite a narrow window). Thank you!

Really pleased with this product. The finish and qualiry look amazing. Delivery was really good with plenty of updates on its arrival. The customer care was commendable, as slight hiccup with one item being incorrect. It was replaced quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend this company and its products

Bought this product after reading all the amazing reviews. However, while my radiator is amazing, the service I received was not. After placing my order, no contact at all from company. I had to contact them on the 6th working day. After the second abortive delivery date and having paid for help to be on standby, I was given a third after I had to phone the depot myself, something I thought they should have been monitoring, not left for me to sort out . I live on a narrow road and was told a small vehicle would be delivering. A 40ft lorry turned up 2 hours later than my delivery window and it couldn't get up the road, which meant the driver had to barrow it up. He wasn't happy and neither was I, having again to pay for standby help. The company did however, say they would refund my delivery charge - too early to check if this has happened. The paint in the touch-up pot I ordered had leaked and I was promised another would be sent. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and 5 days, no sign of paint.
