Balmoral 3 Column 768mm Cast Iron Radiator

We had a leak from our Balmoral radiator supplied about 3 years ago. The company handled it very well, they said straight away they would get a replacement radiator manufactured. They delivered the replacement in about a week, and said they would collect the defective radiator when the new one was fitted. It’s been fitted today and they are coming tomorrow for the returned item. The sign of a good company. Would recommend them 100%.

Lovely radiator. Fitting it was expensive though. Delivery dodgy - the large lorry couldn’t get up my lane past a car parked inconsiderately. I was lucky the driver didn’t take it back for delivery to be re-scheduled, after pleading with him that a plumber was due to fit it next day along with my new boiler. Cast Iron Radiator Centre made no attempt to get it to me more quickly to fit in with that plan.

As alway the produce is great again and the information first class
But unfortunately no communication from the delivery company
What so ever which was a bit of pain as the radiators are very heavy ! -

Really excellent product and service. We bought a tin of gunmetal paint in case they needed touching up, but the finish on the radiators is superb..Faultless.
Well worth the money ! -
