Very pleased with the look and quality. Looks fantastic in situ. Price was very competitive I felt as other firms quoted higher but couldn’t see much difference in product. Everything came well packaged and safe. Would use again and likely will

Yet again, CIRC have not disappointed me. They have provided exactly what I needed for the remaining two rooms of our old house. Radiators, wall stays, valves - all excellent and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so very much for making such a difference to our home.

Fantastic customer service can't speak highly enough..Like a idiot I over tightened the bleed valve so we had to replace the end cap.
I Informed the customer service department of my brain freeze moment. They sorted out my replacement parts and sent them out next day at no extra cost. Would total recommend cast iron radiator center for their after sales support alone.

Fabulous radiator and great service with updates regularly as to status of order. Real quality, plumbers fitting it remarked on this and intend to recommend CIRC to other customers.

I bought three of these (14 column) in satin black plus fittings. I have to say I am very pleased with my purchase and they certainly are of excellent quality and look just the part. The only problem was the delivery. As confirmed, I was expecting them on the Monday but the delivery company phoned that day to say they couldn’t deliver because of an admin error on their part. Unfortunately I had my plumber at the ready to take them (curb side pallet) and fit. £75.00 wasted for his call-out (understandably) which was disappointing due to this failure - hence the 4 stars.
