The radiators look and feel well finished. Not yet installed only brought them off the drive and into the house. The delivery is kerbside pallet only, which means you’ve got to move them inside. I knew they’d be heavy, but the bigger one I got was the heaviest thing I’ve ever moved. In my opinion the radiators should be supplied with some method of moves them, something you could screw into the top plug on each end so you actually have something to grip when moving the radiators? Not sure how they move them around the factory/workshop, but there must be something else available to make moving them easier. I’ve not yet had them installed yet, so can’t comment on the heating ability. Very happy with the level of service from Cast Iron Radiator Centre, kept me informed of each stage of production, just could do with something to move them when they get delivered.

Fantastic service. Called the workshop when I wasn't sure of my requirements and was talked through the whole process and given some new ideas. Was not talked down to, I'm not a plumber!, and was left feeling that I knew the product and what to expect.
When the radiators arrived, the builder unloaded them and gave me a call to say how impressed he was with them. "They are right on point".

Fantastic service and product, I would recommend them time and time again.

Exceptional, friendly and professional service from Paul and the team. Had a small issue on receipt that was promptly corrected without fuss. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with our new 660mm 19 column Rad in gunmetal grey with nickle shrouds and fittings which looks amazing against the exposed brick wall in our new kitchen. Every visitor comments on its beauty. Kicks out huge amount of heat too. We will definitely be adding another 2-3 of these to our house over the coming months. Highly recommend this company for quality craftsmanship and excellent service.

Items came well wrapped and undamaged and were exactly what I had ordered and of great quality , thank you
