Traditional Victorian 4 Column 660mm Cast Iron Radiator

Our radiator arrived promptly and is great quality. It looks fabulous in the room we’ve put it. We went for antique bronze and got the antique brass fittings to go with it (they are a good match) - I would recommend getting all the fittings (wall stay/valves and pipe covers) as they really do finish the radiator off beautifully. (We didn’t get the pipe covers with our original order and regretted it so have since ordered them).

Happy with everything, have used same company before so know what service is like- which counts for a lot if there are problems!! I knew what to expect with regards to slightly rough surface, don't expect the metal paint finishes to be akin to the hand burnished polished finish that other companies offer...but then they are double plus the price. It's not quick either, per se, but it's worth waiting for, just order plenty in advance of when you intend to fit. All in all, certainly recommend.

Short Princess 2 Column 560mm Cast Iron Radiator

Onky reason for 4 star is we had a bit of a hiccup with payment, which cleared our bank so we received confirmation but the payment somehow didn't reach the company so our order didn't arrive. However I called to chase and spoke with Tina who was great & apologetic , I sent over proof & she had my order procsessed quickly. It has arrived, not had it fitted yet but it looks great. Great customer service. Would recommend.

Excellent quality, extremely heavy. After care service was brilliant as my radiator came with scratches and they sent out a pit of paint straight away.
Disappointed with no time slot of deliveries, couldn’t go out he house and item turned up at 4pm. -

Bought this radiator last year but unfortunately it developed a leak. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the radiator, no quibbles. Their service was fantastic!

Cast Iron Radiator Assembly Tool

I ordered 7 cast iron rads from them and the quality is fantastic. Unfortunately I measured a couple incorrectly and had to order the tool to remove a section, for various reasons the wrong one was sent but they then literally moved heaven and earth to get me the right tool in good time.
Customer service was exceptional.
Quality is superb.
Look is spectacular. -

Very pleased with the radiators, they look great,
When I placed the order was told delivery would be 14 working days but they arrived in 10 so very happy.
Also appreciated the progress updates sent by text which helped me plan the work and made sure we were ready for the delivery. -
