Be completely honest I’m very dubious about buying off the Internet without seeing the product

Very happy with this product ally of heat comes out of it and looks really good to.
However I marked down one star as I did not get the touch up paint to go with it. -

Firstly about the product itself. Fantastic, exactly as described, very high quality and very competitively priced. It has exceeded expectations.
Getting it to the site - the delivery company they use is terrible. C.I.R.Cs’ communication was ok prior to dispatch, a little bit too vague. I would prefer it to have taken longer but know exactly which day it would be arriving rather than working off a 5 day window. From dispatch to handing over to the delivery company I had no comms from them, then called myself to arrange a delivery for the following Friday. It turned up the following day while I was 200 miles away, so obviously they don’t talk to each other either. So not bagging C.I.R.C but they want to choose a different delivery partner 👍🏻
