Renovating is stressful, the amount of companies and businesses that offer you customer support before money is exchanged and the tune changes after. Not this company. So wonderfully helpful when I needed to return a radiator because it was too small! I can’t praise it enough! Plus the radiators are just gorgeous!

Ordering and delivery were easy and well informed throughout. Radiator and all accessories to complement look amazing. Unable to comment on radiators performance as not yet fitted and working. Quality though appears to be excellent.

The most professional company I think I’ve ever dealt with… they say it’s when you have a problem a company shows its levels of service…. Circ passed that test with flying colours, I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

Rigid Radiator Valve Extension 1/2 inch BSP - Antique Brass

I ordered 3 antique brass valve extensions which were to be delivered by DPD. Unbelievably, DPD attempted to deliver a torn open empty bag. One of their staff had clearly stolen the items. Having photographed the torn bag I refused to accept it. I immediately emailed Cast Iron Radiators about the situation, without any delay they despatched the order again, which arrived intact. Can’t thank them enough. The extensions are of excellent quality from what I can see & feel of them. Would recommend Cast Iron Radiators for their customer service and quality of goods.
