I’m replacing all my radiators gradually. All so far dispatched unbelievably quickly and the quality of the rads and valves are fantastic. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

Tall Princess 2 Column 760mm Cast Iron Radiator

I bought cream ones for downstairs but decided on antique bronze and satin black ones for upstairs. They are fabulous. Totally classy. Great customer service as ever and outstanding products. The only huge letdown is the courier service. These things weight 35-70kg and the drivers just leave them on the road side, or a different kerb. You should offer a variety of delivery options for customers to choose what to pay for. It was stressful which is such a shame as the products and customer care we’re utterly great. The delivery, in contrast, was 100% stress.
