We purchased three radiators which, after c. 3 years, started to develop some issues between the sections. After discussing with staff at the CIRC they kindly agreed to replace all three rads free of charge and offered advice about how to ensure the water in the central heating system is maintained so as not to damage the rads. Excellent customer service.

Beautiful radiator, delivered very promptly. We had a slight defect in one of the parts which was replaced instantly and without question.

This is the 2nd rad we've bought from CIRC - we bough the associated valves and it looks great. It chucks out loads of heat for its size as well. The customer service was also good as the guys take time to make sure everything is right.

The website is very clear and straightforward and the radiator arrived earlier than advised.
Excellent choice with very clear pictures to help choose. Best range I could find online with best prices and fastest delivery date.
I love that I ordered valves later and they could be added to the existing order without extra transport. Why don’t other retailers do that? Online retailing with a human element. Brilliant!
