Rigid Radiator Valve Extension 1/2 inch BSP - Antique Brass

I ordered 3 antique brass valve extensions which were to be delivered by DPD. Unbelievably, DPD attempted to deliver a torn open empty bag. One of their staff had clearly stolen the items. Having photographed the torn bag I refused to accept it. I immediately emailed Cast Iron Radiators about the situation, without any delay they despatched the order again, which arrived intact. Can’t thank them enough. The extensions are of excellent quality from what I can see & feel of them. Would recommend Cast Iron Radiators for their customer service and quality of goods.

We absolutely love this radiator! Looks great and gives out an impressive amount of heat. We had some issues with the radiator when it was first delivered but Steve in customer services sorted a replacement straight out for us- really good customer service which we were grateful for. We can’t wait to get more for the rest of the house!

Warwick Thermostatic Radiator Valve Set

I have bought a number of radiators from castironradiatorcentre over the past 5yrs, and have found the products and customer service fantastic on every occasion. This time I was buying a replacement valve as the valve seemed to incur a fault when the rad was taken off for decorating, and again the service was impeccable and delivery was quick too, so I could get the heating guys back very quickly to get my rad operating on full power again!!
