Get the spares and parts you need to complete your radiator installation. This cast iron radiator bush end is a replacement air vent/bleed valve bush end that will fit all of our radiators except for the Balmoral style. This has a reverse parallel thread – which means a left hand turn to tighten and a right hand turn to loosen.
This bush end component will reduce down to a regular right hand 0.125” BSP thread (9mm diameter), ensuring your installation can be completed with any standard pipework. We recommend using a gasket and PTFE tape to ensure a watertight seal during installation. See our fitting guidelines for more information.
Please note: This radiator bush end is not compatible with our Balmoral style radiator. Please confirm the radiator style before ordering.

Courier deliveries will be made via DPD Local usually on a next working day service. Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas may take longer.
DPD collect from our premises on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please ensure you share your mobile number with us so that you receive an email or SMS shortly from DPD notifying you of your delivery schedule.
You will then receive a 1-hour delivery time slot, so you don’t have to wait in all day.
Not only this, but DPD’s Predict service provides ‘In Flight’ tracking which means you will be able to watch the progress of your parcel delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot. This will include a photo of your driver and their name.

As many others have commented, the aftercare and customer service plus the technical advice that is available before and after purchase, is all superb.
I had a problem with a weeping bleed valve after installation. (Nothing to do with the parts; purely the installation by my plumber.)
Help desk immediately offered to send a replacement bush and valve, in case it was cross threaded. This was sent with next day delivery and was ready to be fitted when the plumber returned.
Parts supplied without charge plus delivery covered as well.
Incidentally, they use DPD couriers who are one of the best for reliability and tracking times etc, in my experience.
