I ordered 3 antique brass valve extensions which were to be delivered by DPD. Unbelievably, DPD attempted to deliver a torn open empty bag. One of their staff had clearly stolen the items. Having photographed the torn bag I refused to accept it. I immediately emailed Cast Iron Radiators about the situation, without any delay they despatched the order again, which arrived intact.
