We ordered 4 of these radiators with a white cream finish. Unfortunately we were sent the wrong colour. Coventry Demolition immediately arranged to get them swapped, no questions asked. Fantastic customer service which was very much appreciated. The way they dealt with the problem was excellent. The radiators look fantastic as well. They are slightly narrower than the standard ones and as a result they look a little less bulky in the room.

I bought 5 radiators in linen white, they were very resonably priced and look just right, will be buying more again soon.

So happy with this purchase. These radiators look the part, weigh a ton and definitely pack a punch heat-wise. They don’t arrive overnight like your bog standard radiators but I found the lead times on the website to be completely accurate. Not disappointed. Highly recommended.

I have just replaced all 5 radiators in my home with radiators from Cast Iron Radiator Centre. I couldn’t be happier with them – the rads themselves are gorgeous, true to original design. The finish is of a very high quality and works beautifully with the colours in my rooms (I have half in the Gunmetal and half in the Antique Bronze). The valves, wall stays, shrouds and base plates complete the look. I am delighted with the change this has made in the way my house looks and feels – and amazed at the heat efficiency against the size. My old radiators (which I inherited when I bought the house) took up more space and gave out less heat.

I’d recommend this company to anyone looking to beautify their home with a bit of warm cast iron.

Radiators, valves and accessories are all excellent. Really impressed with the quality, look, robustness and the speed of delivery.

Ordered 5 different sized radiators, they look the part, but as I found out 9 o’clock at night and 100 miles from home when the system was turned on there was a fault with one of the section joints, luckily we could hear it and feel the air coming out before any water could. The people at the radiator centre are friendly and helpful and rectified the rad. But I now have a 200 mile round trip to do without the plumber I took the first time.I think the rads should be pressure tested after assembly to cut out any uncertainty.also give extra bleed nipples because they are brass (and soft) they can distort a little and hard to insert the bleed key.(perhaps tighten with the key inside) overall the customer loved the radiators apart from only having four working.

Wanted to replace the bog standard steel ones in our cottage. These are high quality casting and finish. Well worth the price.

Not only are the radiators fantastic, but the service from Coventry Demolition is just fantastic. Even years after you buy from them they stand behind their products, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is the 2nd rad I’ve bought from CIRC, and I’m v happy with it. The guide to choosing the correct size is helpful and easy. I went for slightly more as I’m heating a hall/stairwell, with no heating on the landing. The rad heats up really quickly, and the amount of heat is impressive.
I got it in Gunmetal Grey and it looks really great. Good quality and stylish. Excellent value. Delivery was quick and easy, and they answered all my questions helpfully.

Not had time to plumb it in yet but they look great. However, they are extremely heavy. The delivery guy was really great & helped carry into house with my partner (nice he wasn’t a jobs worth). Unfortunately once in house it was up to my partner & me to move into the kitchen. Due to the weight & not having sturdy wrapping it has ended up with the paint work getting slightly scratched off. I’d of got the touch up paint if I’d of known. Good communication & updates re delivery.

I purchased 2 cast iron radiators and I’m extremely happy with them. Good communication from enquiry through to ordering and delivery. They look great fitted and the antique brass valves and wall stays finish them off perfectly. I did a fair amount of research and these were good vale compared to other companies I looked at.

Beautiful product, and faultless service. The only thing that I would say is that please make people aware that they will need a 44mm spanner to tighten the bush caps!!!! Something suitable could be offered in ‘Accessories’?

Firstly about the product itself. Fantastic, exactly as described, very high quality and very competitively priced. It has exceeded expectations.

Getting it to the site – the delivery company they use is terrible. C.I.R.Cs’ communication was ok prior to dispatch, a little bit too vague. I would prefer it to have taken longer but know exactly which day it would be arriving rather than working off a 5 day window. From dispatch to handing over to the delivery company I had no comms from them, then called myself to arrange a delivery for the following Friday. It turned up the following day while I was 200 miles away, so obviously they don’t talk to each other either. So not bagging C.I.R.C but they want to choose a different delivery partner 👍🏻

I ordered a number of radiators after finding ones in a local store significantly more expensive. No you don’t have as much choice here but the radiators we ordered are fabulous! The service was also exceptional, they kept us up to date every step of the way with regular texts and emails and delivered the order on time (even though we’re off shore). We bought all the accessories (valves etc) from here too as they were really reasonable and they are also fantastic. So pleased and would definitely order again when we’re ready for the next lot

Ordering and delivery went very well. Radiator very handsome and functioning nicely. Buyers should be aware these things are heavy – I used a sack trolley and a strong friend to get mine up two floors in our flat. Worth paying the £30 for a timed delivery slot.

I ordered 2 of these about 3 years ago after a long search, without paying the antique prices of refurbished ones these are probably the best replicas I have seen on line. They definitely look the part and as a heating engineer I’m always pleased when a customer has chosen to go with this company as I know they are good quality. Saying that, one of mine had a slight leak patch between two of the columns. I remembered the lengthy warranty but as always was expecting to have to put up a fight. With a simple email explaining the problem along with relevant photos, I was surprised with a quick reply offering a exchange free of charge as this seemed to be a manufacturer fault. This quality customer service alone has made it even easier to recommend to friends and customers.

We fitted 3 traditional 3 column radiators in to our cottage. Unfortunately 1 radiator started to leak. I rang CIRC and explained and they immediately agreed to replace all 3 free of charge and were delivered within 3 weeks. This is our first radiator from CIRC, and it won’t be the last. We are delighted with the build & manufacture quality, and it looks fantastic. It has transformed our hallway, and pumps out heat brilliantly to keep the whole area warm.
The radiator was well packaged, and unusually for a pallet delivery service, the driver even helped me drag the pallet up the pea-shingle drive to the front door – brilliant!
Fitting/installation was pretty straight forward, and my only comment (and why it is 4 stars and not 5) would be the shot blast media needs cleaning off the bushes and internal threads better to enable a cleaner and more reliable fit – it took a few attempts before getting a fully watertight seal, but helped by ‘lots’ of PTFE tape and some fettling, it is now working perfectly with no leaks. Also take care not to over tighten the bushes when installing, as this may foul the rubber gaskets.
In summary, very happy with the radiator both in terms of the aesthetics and its’ efficiency – will definitely be back for more and would thoroughly recommend.

I purchased 3 x 745mm cast iron radiators and have found them to be great looking and of high quality. Delivery via CIRC’s was efficient and communication re delivery timing was faultless. I did have trouble subsequently with leaking rubber seals and when I reported this back, CIRC decided to replace the radiators foc. I have found their customer service to be really excellent and would recommend this supplier to anyone, without hesitation.

The three cast iron radiators are well built and look amazing especially with the antique finish thermostatic controls. The service we have had from CIRC has been excellent from replacing a faulty seal to the very efficient delivery service. Lines of communication were first rate. Would highly recommend them.

Cast iron radiator centre have been great throughout the ordering and shipping process. They were helpful and all correspondence was useful and timely. The radiators we ordered look great. The bronze colour is stylish and looks lovely in our Tudor aged house with parquet floors. Our plumbers had an issue with one of the radiators and a new one was issued free of charge and delivered rapidly out of goodwill. When a part was left on the old radiator, this was also sent back by courier. Again free of charge out of goodwill. Prices were a lot more reasonable than similar competitors and quality is as good.

Before committing to changing all of our radiators We chose to start off with just two radiators to see how they would be, we couldn’t be happier with both the radiators and the valves

It just exudes class I love it.
I do research and look at alternatives but this site is always cheaper than others for this quality & I can’t see any corners being cut to lower the cost of production.

We purchased three radiators which, after c. 3 years, started to develop some issues between the sections. After discussing with staff at the CIRC they kindly agreed to replace all three rads free of charge and offered advice about how to ensure the water in the central heating system is maintained so as not to damage the rads. The CIRC were great all the way through even though we did arrive at their showrooms unannounced (note: you do need to arrange an appointment if you want to see the radiators IRL). We’ve bought 5 of these radiators for our new house. They’ve not been unwrapped or installed yet but we bought them as we have the exact same ones in our old house. They look great and really chuck out the heat. We’ve bought the wall stays this time as they wobble a bit without if you lean/sit on them.

Compliments the sitting room in our barn. Very pleased with the product.

Look fantastic in our lounge and kitchen, just the finishing touch the rooms needed. Customer service from beginning to end was outstanding. We were on a tight timescale and were unsure if the order could be completed in time, however the radiators were ready a day early. Thank you. Excellent service throughout the process. Pleased with the care of transportation with no damage whatsoever. Rad now fitted and performing really well. Only small criticism would be the feet were not fettled very well and were very sharp so required some sanding to ensure they did not damage the flooring while fitting. However this should not distract from the overall quality of the product and I will be using CIRC again as I work through my property.

We ordered 6 radiators for our renovation 2 years ago. Unfortunately earlier this month I noticed that the seal had gone on one of them. To my pleasant surprise, Steve arranged for a free of charge replacement which arrived within a couple of days. They then collected the old radiator a few days later. Hope that doesn’t put anyone off, the other 5 rads have been no trouble at all and the important thing is that when things go wrong the company responded really positively

Lovely rads. My house is going to look amazing once fitted. Just waiting for flooring to be fitted and then they can be fitted. Very heavy so need support at the back even though they are sitting on the floor.

Great products & great service. Steve Davies sorted everything out for us, he was really helpful. When the products arrived they were packed really well and the quality was even better than we expected. Would buy from CIRC again. Can’t wait to get these installed & fired up.

Delivery was as recommended and the driver very efficient. The 15 panel radiator is well constructed and will be fitted on the 7th April. My only complaint is that on one side of the casting (8 off) are small groove marks which it looks like they’ve been laid or put up on something whilst cooling. My solution will be to ensure when it is fitted that it is turned the other way around, no problem overall.
